All products and services offered on 4bestFANS are the responsibility of the respective creators who list their offerings. 4bestFANS only provides the technical infrastructure and handles payment processing.

Abusive Behavior

You are responsible for all activities occurring through your account. In case of violations of our terms or guidelines, we reserve the right to restrict the use of your account, temporarily suspend it, or even terminate it. Avoid illegal behavior, insults, hate speech, or posting sexual or racist content, whether in the form of photos, videos, or comments. All users – including creators, fans, and visitors to 4bestFANS – must communicate respectfully and politely. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination is strictly prohibited. We encourage open and honest communication, but it must always be respectful and not infringe upon the rights of others. Even in disagreements, respectful interaction is essential. Freedom of expression is important but must not turn into hate or infringe upon the rights of others.

Content Guidelines

Summary: You may only post content for which you have the appropriate rights. Do not use photos or videos from the internet without having the rights.

Users may only upload content if they have the legal right to do so, either as the owner of the relevant rights or through possession of a valid license.

User Content must not:

  • Incite others to illegal activities.
  • Contain content that is already a violation of Community Guidelines.
  • Promote violence, physical harm, or dehumanization.
  • Promote or glorify terrorism or extremist activities or call for recruitment.
  • Contain sexual content without the consent of those involved, including intimate photos or videos.
  • Be sent to users who have not indicated they wish to receive such content.
  • Explicitly sexual content must be labeled as “18+ Content” and be inaccessible to underage users.
  • Private information about others may only be published with their consent.
  • Be used to deceive by imitating other individuals.
  • Spread unlawful content.

Bots, Storage, Technical Manipulation

It is strictly prohibited to use 4bestFANS as a private storage medium or a mere storage platform. The content that creators upload to 4bestFANS is solely for publication and interaction with their fans. Any attempt to technically manipulate or abuse the platform is prohibited. Automated use by bots is also forbidden, unless they are recognized search engines. Our terms and guidelines are designed to cover most potential issues. However, should an innovative method be found to harm 4bestFANS or the community, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures to prevent it.

AI-Generated Media

Summary: You may use AI to create, enhance, or correct digital products. Please adhere to legal requirements, do not create fakes, and do not infringe on others' trademarks.

4bestFANS encourages user creativity, including the use of AI-generated media. To ensure a safe and respectful community, specific guidelines apply to uploading, posting, and sharing AI-generated content such as deepfakes, generated images, and other synthetic media.

  • Disclosure: When publishing AI-generated media on 4bestFANS, you must clearly and unambiguously indicate that these media are artificially created. This disclosure must be clearly visible so that all community members recognize that the content is not authentic.

  • Content Integrity: AI-generated media must not be used to create harmful or misleading content. Any attempts to deceive other users or cause harm are strictly prohibited.

  • Representation and Consent: AI-generated media must not depict real individuals unless it is the account holder or a consenting and verified co-creator. Additionally, such media must not depict individuals under 18 years old or appear to be under 18.

  • Moderation: All AI-generated content must pass the “Reasonable Person’s Test,” conducted by at least four members of the 4bestFANS moderation team.

  • Compliance: All AI-generated content must be respectful and not violate Community Guidelines.

  • Copyright: AI-generated media must not infringe upon the copyrights or ownership rights of others. Uploading copyrighted content without appropriate permissions may result in legal consequences.

Deepfake content, including faceswapping and similar media, is strictly prohibited on 4bestFANS unless the necessary copyright permissions, consent documents, and KYC (Know Your Customer) documents from the original creator are provided. Uploading or distributing deepfake media without these verifications is considered illegal and will result in the immediate removal of the content by 4bestFANS. Such violations may also lead to the permanent suspension of your account, provided the content and account were not previously verified.

Summary: As a creator on 4bestFANS, you create your own page to interact with your fans or customers. These fans or customers purchase memberships or offers to support you.

Below you will find important information about payments, fees, taxes, and potential restrictions. It is crucial to read this information thoroughly to use the platform effectively and in compliance.

Creator Page

To become a creator on 4bestFANS, simply create your own page where you can showcase your offers or memberships. Once registered, you will become part of our community.

On your page, you can provide content for your fans. This can be done through a subscription model, where you set the price for various subscription options (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Additionally, you can sell content at a one-time price set by you.

Our shop system also allows you to offer physical items like fan merchandise or merchandise products. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We adjust the prices for offers and subscriptions automatically to the customer's local currency based on an exchange rate we set at our discretion.

We handle payment issues such as fraud, chargebacks, and resolving payment disputes. We strive to give you timely access to your earnings. However, payments made through certain payment providers may have varying processing times. In some cases, it may be necessary to hold funds in reserve, which could cause delays.

In case of violations of our Terms of Service or for compliance reasons, including tax obligations, we may suspend or deny access to your funds. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible about the reasons. If you have questions about accessing blocked or withheld funds, please contact our support.

To protect 4bestFANS, we may block payments from users if fraud is suspected. Activities such as refunds and chargebacks can negatively impact your account balance. Fees incurred by you from 4bestFANS or payment providers may not be refunded. If your account balance becomes negative, we reserve the right to recover these amounts from future payments.

Security and Requirements for Explicit Content Creators

To ensure that 4bestFANS remains a safe platform, creators sharing sexually explicit content or content featuring nudity must meet specific additional requirements.

If you are a creator and are of legal age (at least 18 years old or legally considered an adult and capable in your country), you agree to provide proof that every person appearing in your content is also of legal age. This age verification must meet the legal requirements of the respective country. Additionally, you are required to obtain written consent from every person depicted.

Fees for Creators

Summary: 4bestFANS charges fees to fund our services and cover ongoing costs. These fees may change, and you will be notified of any changes.

As a creator on 4bestFANS, fees apply to your offers and memberships. The general types of these fees are:

  • Platform Fee: This may be a flat fee or a percentage of successfully processed payments.
  • Feature-Specific Fees: Arise from using certain features and may include flat fees or percentages.
  • Payment Processing Fee: A percentage of successfully processed payments and a flat fee per payment to cover processing costs.
  • Withdrawal Fee: Charged when money is transferred to your withdrawal method and may vary depending on the method.
  • Currency Conversion Fee: Calculated as a percentage of payments made in a currency other than your withdrawal currency.

You can view all fees associated with your offers and subscriptions directly in your Creator Dashboard. Please note that the withdrawal fee is not listed there. Fees for international transactions charged by your financial institution are beyond our control.

Taxes

We collect tax identification data and report it to the relevant tax authorities. You are responsible for accurately reporting and paying all taxes due in your country.

We are responsible for various transaction taxes worldwide, such as Value Added Tax (VAT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST). In countries where we are required to collect these taxes, the relevant amounts will be added to the transaction prices and remitted to the authorities.

Restrictions

All users must handle the platform fairly and comply with our Terms of Service and policies. As a creator, you are additionally responsible for protecting your customers' data and agreeing to our Privacy Agreement, the Creator Privacy Promise.

An account on 4bestFANS may not be sold or transferred. Should you violate this policy, you remain responsible for your account.

We reserve the right to add new features, remove existing ones, or test them. Access to these features is not guaranteed and may be activated or deactivated at our discretion.
 

Everything You Need to Know About Being a Fan

Summary: As a fan, you support creators through subscriptions or purchases to gain access to exclusive content and special benefits.

By purchasing a subscription or offer on 4bestFANS, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license for personal, private use of the creator's content. This content may still be available to you but could be removed at any time.

4bestFANS offers various subscription options:

  • 1-Week Subscription: Weekly payments.
  • 1-Month Subscription: Monthly payments.
  • 3-Month Subscription: Payments every three months.
  • 6-Month Subscription: Payments every six months.
  • 12-Month Subscription: Annual payments.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the specified interval unless canceled through your membership settings. Free subscriptions are also subject to 4bestFANS policies.

Your billing date may vary due to time zone differences. You will receive a non-instant cancellation of your subscription only in cases of serious violations by 4bestFANS/JP Records s.r.o. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at any time.

Refunds

Our policy generally does not allow for refunds, even if you lose access to offers or subscription benefits. Refunds may only be granted at our discretion.

The quality and content of membership subscriptions and offers may vary. Your assistance in reporting suspicious pages is crucial to maintaining the security of 4bestFANS.

If you live in a country where we must collect taxes, this tax will be added to the total fee. Your location information must be current and complete to ensure accurate tax calculation.

Fees for international transactions charged by your financial institution are beyond our control. Our decisions regarding payment processing may impact these fees.

We continuously work on improving 4bestFANS and regularly test new features. Your access to these features is not guaranteed and may be activated or deactivated at our discretion.

Rights of Creators and Fans

Creators retain full ownership of their creations, and fans retain ownership of what they post on 4bestFANS. However, creators grant 4bestFANS a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license to use their creations in all known or future-developed formats and channels. This license includes the use of the content for advertising and in blogs or social media. 4bestFANS is committed to not exploiting the content or profiting from it except as part of the memberships and offers available on the platform.

Logo and Trademark Rights of 4bestFANS

You may only use our logos and content with written permission. Our creations, including logos, texts, and photos, are protected by copyrights and trademarks. Any use without permission is not allowed. For questions or permissions, please contact us.

Copyright and Obligations of Creators

Creators must ensure that they hold the rights to all published content and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Fans may only use the content according to the creator's authorization and must not share it if they have not paid for the relevant offer or subscription. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

Indemnification

Creators agree to indemnify 4bestFANS against any losses and liabilities resulting from their use of the platform. This includes legal fees and damages arising from the use or behavior on 4bestFANS.

Disclaimer of Warranty

4bestFANS is provided without any express or implied warranties. We exclude all warranties regarding merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Despite security measures and modern technology, we cannot guarantee 100% availability.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for damages is limited to the amount earned through your use of 4bestFANS. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages or losses resulting from unmet offers.

Dispute Resolution

In case of difficulties or legal disputes, contact our SUPPORT section or email info@jprecords.org first. The jurisdiction for all disputes is Prague, Czech Republic, and Czech Republic law applies.

Final Provisions

By registering, you consent to receive promotional and marketing messages from us via email, SMS, or MMS. These messages may be sent automatically, and message and data fees may apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
